4.5.3. Before being loaded, all holes must be examined and corrected where necessary.

4.5.3. Before being loaded, all holes must be examined, thoroughly cleaned out and corrected where necessary.
When the loading is made progressively from the face backwards, a bound hole may be cleaned out if subparagraphs ii and v of paragraph c of section 4.5.1 are complied with.
